Tung Lim Press’s continually growing success can be attributed to our state-of-the-art printing presses. In 2017, we invested our 3rd KBA Rapida 105 press to cater to our growing customer base.

With it, we are able to provide quality products with a high degree of complexity and faster throughput. It also has a wide range of colour reproduction with better quality inks.

Heidelberg Speedmaster

As part of our efforts to enhance our customer’s printing experience, we have acquired a unit of Heidelberg Speedmaster sheet-fed offset printing presses for offset printing in 2020.

Designed with advanced technology and precision engineering, this new addition to our range of printing presses helps us ensure punctual deliveries with exceptional colour accuracy and sharpness.

BOBST NOVACUT Die-Cutter

For fast and flexible cutting.

Since our establishment, Tung Lim Press has relied on die-cutting technology from BOBST, one of the world’s leading printing equipment suppliers. Installed at our factory in Selangor, our two BOBST NOVACUT die-cutters speed up our production process, allowing us to execute complex cutting designs with speed and accuracy.

BOBST Ambition 76

User-friendly and reliable.

In 2021, Tung Lim Press commissioned the BOBST Ambition 76, a high-performance folder-gluer machine known for its precision and speed. It can handle various materials, including heavy board, and can produce a variety of box styles and designs.

Since investing in this world-class technology, we have increased the productivity and efficiency of our converting department, producing better quality carton boxes and reducing our labour costs and wastage.
